International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global well-known industrial equipment maker. As the business keeps developing rapidly, our client is seeking an aggressive technical salesperson with at least 3-5 years' experience within Food & Beverage segment for the job of Senior Sales Engineer (Food & Beverage). This is home-based job and open for candidate in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

The successful Senior Sales Engineer will focus on developing measurable results in Food & Beverage market in Vietnam. This role requires an entrepreneurial mind-set and a self-starter who has a relevant knowledge in the process industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing sales turnover and profitability
  • Identify and understand end user application needs
  • Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for future products through on-going visits to customers and potential customers, as well as end users
  • Market mapping and identifying key customers
  • Utilize current client network to open new revenue streams with existing accounts
  • Prepare presentations and other educational documents
  • Ensure that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the company

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Engineering (Chemical Engineering or Food Science).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience for Industrial Machinery/Equipment, Chemicals, Consumable products to Food & Beverage Processing clients.
  • be self-motivated and a target driven individual, with proven sales experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
