International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global logistics service provider.

Our client is seeking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in sales in a freight forwarding company. This job base in HCM city/Hanoi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target set in agreement with sales management
  • Create a pipeline of potential customers, actively developing relationships and nurturing them
  • Identify new sales opportunities with the sales team
  • Build and maintain your own portfolio of customers
  • Solving clients' issues and complaints independently and professionally
  • Maintain a high level of service and customer focus
  • Work closely with the operations team to get feedback and monitor sales activity for value added sales
  • To actively monitor and evaluate client portfolio achieving high satisfaction and client retainment
  • Frequently visiting new customers as well as regular customers out of office
  • Participate and engage actively in sales meetings in and outside organization
  • Completing administrative tasks with timely diligence

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred candidate will have experience in chemical logistics
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure
  • Outgoing and skilled at approaching people, maintaining and retaining relationships both externally and internally
  • Graduated University, with at least 3-4 years' experience of Sales/Business development in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field
