International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Global trading & distribution of machine company in Vietnam. Our client is seeking for a Senior Sales Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the development of various streams of business (Channel sales/End-users);
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients then focus on developing; clients, search for potential clients and increase new business;
  • Provide excellent commercial and technical support to match customers' needs;
  • Concentrate on new business fields and approaching new clients effectively;
  • Implement Pre-Sales activities and coordinate with the After-Sales team to demonstrate the company's equipment at customer.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience selling in the Construction machinery business is Must;
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English;
  • Experience in solution-sales is desired: customization, maintenance contracts, services;
  • Be persistent and have a keen ability to meet deadlines and follow up on pipeline orders;
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
