- Execute the development of various streams of business (Channel sales/End-users);
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients then focus on developing; clients, search for potential clients and increase new business;
- Provide excellent commercial and technical support to match customers' needs;
- Concentrate on new business fields and approaching new clients effectively;
- Implement Pre-Sales activities and coordinate with the After-Sales team to demonstrate the company's equipment at customer.
- 3+ years of experience selling in the Construction machinery business is Must;
- Proficiency in verbal and written English;
- Experience in solution-sales is desired: customization, maintenance contracts, services;
- Be persistent and have a keen ability to meet deadlines and follow up on pipeline orders;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
