Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is highly experienced in professional sales leadership, development, and management in enterprise management software solutions or the professional consulting service industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster strong professional relationships with leadership across various business sectors and industries within the Customer's network.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and guide sales teams effectively to meet Company targets and performance expectations.
- Collaborate within the team to formulate comprehensive territory account plans, optimizing opportunities and driving sales engagement with clients.
- Take responsibility for prospecting and identifying potential customers, aiming to achieve monthly sales targets and net profit quotas.
- Lead negotiations, facilitate intricate decision-making processes, and overcome objections to seize new business prospects.
- Devise an annual marketing plan to generate leads, cultivate robust sales pipelines, meet Company sales goals, and enhance brand visibility and recognition within the local market.
- Review all proposals and contracts for Customers, ensuring alignment with Company policies.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts in alignment with assigned quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Exhibit leadership to customers, establishing influential positions within business and industry circles in Vietnam.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Master's Degree in business, commerce, finance, technology, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in professional sales leadership, development, and management within the enterprise management software solution or professional consulting service industry.
- Demonstrate substantial expertise in professional solution selling.
- Showcase a consistent track record of surpassing corporate objectives and quotas.
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for building and nurturing relationships and establishing trust with C-level executives.
- Exhibit high levels of motivation and results-driven orientation, coupled with effective people development skills.
- Display proficient presentation, communication, and team leadership abilities to consistently achieve or exceed set targets.
- Exhibit adept problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Experience or knowledge in ERP or Business consulting is a valuable asset.
- Possess excellent communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
