Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading financial technology company who has been in the industry for the past more than half a decade. Our respected client is seeking a Financial Technology (FinTech) Sales & Business Development (BD) professional for the job of Senior Sales Manager (Lending Solutions). The job is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines and the company offers a hybrid work arrangement.


Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager (Lending Solutions) is expected to be developing and managing relationships in the banking, lending, and payment solutions space. He/She will lead and manage customer-facing activities to identify, negotiate and close contracts resulting in revenue.


Key job responsibilities include:

  • Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.
  • Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
  • Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted products and/or services.
  • Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
  • Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing resources and tools.
  • Negotiates, structures and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and company's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
  • Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meets sales goals and objectives.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.


Key job requirements include:

  • Strong experience in sales for at least 6-8 years
  • Strong experience in selling Software Sales/ Application Sales
  • Strong experience selling to Banks/ Financial services Industry
