Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience commercial hiring / FMCG. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. The company is based in SM Aura, Taguig City, hybrid working setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cross-channel mining and external research to identify potential candidates and gather competitive intelligence.
- Utilize social media and digital talent marketing methods to build a pipeline of key talent across all business segments.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop innovative sourcing solutions that address emerging talent acquisition needs.
- Utilize talent demand forecasts in sourcing initiatives.
- Drive market mapping initiatives, identify talent pools, and establish connections for future acquisitions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles.
- Participate in other assigned projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience specifically within the FMCG industry.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in web-based search engines (e.g., LinkedIn), CV mining, marketing, and databases.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing for diverse skill sets in a fast-paced and diverse market environment.
- Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.
