Our client is one of the UK's leading charities in Healthcare, due to exciting changes within their marketing department, they are looking for a Senior Traffic Manager to join their in house team.

In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering best in class and inclusive creative work, ensuring the timely delivery of briefs through to scheduling, booking resource as required and ensuring the right skillset for each project. You will act as the guardian of creative operations to deliver high quality work across multiple channels from print to digital, social and more!

The successful candidate will come from a creative background either in a marketing or creative role, with proven experience in providing effective and commercial aware project management that is fit for purpose. As the first point of contact across the marketing and creative teams, you will support with re-defining briefs to reflect objectives and priorities, ensuring time is used effectively, whilst monitoring current processes, constantly looking for ways to improve.

You will also be a confident communicator with natural leadership skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders in order to better define their requirements and use this effectively to plan multiple work streams and projects, balancing creative needs against objectives.

We are looking for a Studio Manager / Traffic Manager with 3-5 years experience within a creative environment - either from an agency or in - house role, who is a true people's champion, always looking for ways in which to upskill talent, and encourage team members to reflect the companies values and ethos in the workplace. You will have prior experience of recruiting, managing and developing candidates - in adherence to HR polices and procedures.
