They are now looking for a Social Media Account Director or Associate Director to lead on social strategy across a range of big brand clients.
The key requirements are:
- At least 5 years social media experience, agency-side, with a strong track record of devising and implementing social media strategy for both B2C and B2B clients
- Strategy is the key feature of this role, and to be considered you will need the requisite level of strategic experience and acumen
- Aside from strategy, you will also be key point of contact on all matters social for a number of high value clients, so you will need exceptional client services skills along with the commercial nous to organically grow and develop your accounts
- Experience managing a team is also essential, as you will be required to take on a leadership role within the agency's social media team
