Content and Social Media Executive

Based West London

Fantastic opportunity to be an integral member of the Marketing team of this premium food business.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple platforms and own the ongoing optimisation of social media platforms.

This is a business going through a period of strong growth, with an established presence in premium food service and now increasing their direct to consumer brands and distribution.

Key responsibilities would include:

  • Management of our Social Media channels day to day.
  • Execute annual Social Media Strategy in line with the brand's tone of voice and supporting business goals.
  • Content planning schedule for all social channels to create a community feel and maximise ROI.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement via engaging social media campaigns across a range of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, Tik Tok and Twitter.)
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to ensure consistent message across all customer touch points.
  • Create content and copy that is optimised, engaging and in line with brand messaging hierarchy for website, social media, and other media when necessary​ (with SEO in mind).
  • Work with Creative Lead on the creation of brand assets for campaigns, website, and social media, to deliver outstanding content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Production of content calendars for ongoing social media activity.
  • Deliver the email marketing strategy and implement effective designs and campaigns which drive engagement, traffic, and conversions, in line with the Digital Marketing Strategy.
  • Brief and manage influencers
  • Monitor competitors, benchmark, suggest improvements and then implement them.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights and use this data to optimise and shape future campaigns.
  • Stay on top of social media and digital trends and be in the know about new tools or features being released.
  • Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns.
