Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a global SaaS company, looking for a Solution Sales Engineer that will help the team build the client portfolio in Indonesia. The detailed qualifications are as follows:
- Supporting the sales team in pinpoint customer's problems and translate technologies into solutions.
- Strong experiences to lead the RFPs, RFIs and POC.
- Create and enhance Tools and Processes to support the scaling of specialized technical POCs.
- Develop a reputation for being a trusted advisor for both internally and externally.
- Promote the product solutions among customers through upselling and cross-selling.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in related industry focused on B2B tech companies that selling Software, Data, Cloud, AI.
- Strong pre-sales / IT solutions background.
- Experienced in Software Development technologies, Database or Analytics.
- Ability to manage debugging and troubleshooting.
- Have an experience in Cloud Infrastructure would be plus.
- Solid English communication skills; both written and verbal.
