Solutions Sales Manager (Instrumentation/Industrial)

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf a prominent worldwide provider of measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions specifically designed for industrial process engineering. The position will be based in Taguig City, Philippines and offers flexible working arrangement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell solutions in the defined territory based on a given/agreed solutions sales target, focusing on Transfer Storage and Distribution applications and Q&C applications
  • Work jointly with company's Outside Sales Engineers (SC's) and appointed Representatives to identify and create solution sales leads and opportunities and to grow the solutions business in the defined region
  • Coordinate sales drive, application know-how, expertise and market support to our customers
  • Develop the primary concept design of our solutions offering that adds value and improves the customer's process and business situation
  • Provide support for proposals and visit customers directly or jointly with the respective Sales Associates/Account Managers from the respective SC
  • Develop new customers and accounts in the country and function as a consultant to customer
  • Provide support in project execution including customer acceptance and handover
  • Develop regional networks/rep structure (if applicable) to support additional sales channels
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and partners
  • Promote and position company as a customer-oriented process automation partner
  • Perform other reasonable tasks and activities as required


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in related fields
  • True sales skills with a selling mindset
  • Strong communicator with customer orientation & business mindset
