Our respected client is seeking a Specialist Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in MT, MTI, and GT Channel. This role will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Job responsibilities:
- Sign up and drive compliance of trading and business development agreements.
- Contribute to the achievement of Petcare NSV & Profit through proper sales forecast and TE (Trade Expense) budget.
- Customer Business Development through execution of category best practices and insights, and development of common strategic initiatives. Also developing SPT sub-channel: Pet Shop, Vets, Breeder and initiatives in digitalization: Click & Mortar.
- Complete period update reports on sales, distribution, new lines, SPT, Breeder and Vets channel activity nation-wide.
- Manage visibility investments, and design and execute activation programs.
- Work on the company signature processes in the area of Account Management and Demand Planning.
- Develop customer engagement through initiatives like Joint Business Planning, Top 2 Top meetings, road shows, etc.
Job requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree with min 2-3 years' experience.
- Must have exposure of at least two years in sales either in the Sales Field, Key Account Management, or Category Management.
- Previous experience preferrably into Sales and Business Development
