Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Healthcare Provider in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a professional for Senior Manager Patient Service. The job is based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Patient Services department.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Implement strategies to improve the overall patient experience. Supervise and manage a team of patient services staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the department and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure that the department complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Use data and analytics to assess and improve departmental performance.
  • Manage the budget for the Patient Services department, including cost control and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Requirements:.

  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of patient service best practices and customer satisfaction strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other hospital departments and healthcare professionals.
