Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of one of the fastest growing distribution and direct selling companies globally. Our respected client is looking for a Marketing Manager for Direct Selling who will conceptualizes, recommends, oversees implementation and evaluates marketing strategies that will help ensure growth of the direct selling business through traditional and non-traditional media, promotions, rewards and incentives for the company's distributors, product promotion, etc.
Job responsibilities:
· Prepares and schedules marketing campaigns for the PH market in accordance to overall strategic programs
· Creatively plans out and executes the rewards and incentives programs for the company's distributors · Grows the Philippine market and works closely with the Engage Department in achieving its sales targets
· Reviews and conceptualizes brand positioning for all products
· Plans out brand life cycle of existing and new products
· Studies new possible channels and markets
· Conceptualizes new product offerings to expand markets
· Oversees coordination with agencies to implement campaign
· Ensures timeliness, relevance and on-strategic execution of campaigns
· Submits post campaign evaluation and expense reports to the Head of Marketing
· Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data
· Coordinates with Research and Development and Purchasing for formulation, material and packaging requirements
· Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Executes other marketing-related duties, as required
Job qualifications:
· College graduate: Marketing, Management, Communications or any business-related degree; MBA and advantage
· With at least five (5) years of brand/marketing management experience in a supervisory/managerial role, preferably from Direct Selling companies
· With exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities competent to work with
· Hardworking and can work with minimal supervision.
