The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to an AVP and Executive Director of Health Care Benefits - Information Technology (HCB IT) and their leadership teams. In this role the candidate will assist in ensuring seamless communication, prompt response and follow up to correspondence and tracking open action items for timely completion. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a professional who has initiative, strong judgment and the ability to manage and keep in confidence sensitive information; in addition, they must be well-organized, efficient, and adaptable with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be expected to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel via phone, in person, and via written correspondence. The chosen candidate will need to build and maintain a broad network of colleagues across HCB IT, with an understanding of who to contact to triage requests.
