URGENT HIRING: REPRESENTATIVE
Position will support a client surge through Sept 30th. You would be assisting members with scheduling to attend our group coaching or 1:1 telephonic appointment with our nurses. You would also be informing member if they have completed their incentive and what tasks remain when applicable.
2 yrs experience in a customer service call center environment, both inbound and outbound settings.
Worked in a setting with high customer expectations
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to discern key points to assist with problem resolution
Keyboarding skills and able to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy. You can use an online test.
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently.
Ability to follow direction, multi-task and adapt to change
Current foundational computer skills such as navigating within multiple systems, Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn in an on-line environment
High Speed Broadband internet connection required (100/25 mbps)
