Our respected client is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Expert of the highest professional standing and a background in business-to-business sales and account management for the job of Strategic Account Manager.
The Strategic Account Manager is expected to be responsible for maintaining a strong and long-lasting business relationship with clients and acts as the lead point of contact for all account related matters. The job is in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers a Hybrid work arrangement, WFH and 1 day onsite (Monday or Tuesday).
Key job responsibilities:
- Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned region.
- Initiate regular communications with prospects and existing clients while successfully presenting features and benefits of products / services.
- Effectively diagnose the supplier's needs & be able to provide specific & strategic recommendations on how issues may be resolved or how their business can further grow.
- Provide timely market & customer feedback to support the business development activities.
- Conduct account performance review and assist in onboarding.
Key job qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of Business-to-Business sales experience
- With at least 1 year of proven experience in account management
- An exposure in the field IT Software Solutions industry is a must.
- Has the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Energetic and determined.
