This start-up is radically accelerating the arrival of self-driving vehicles by solving some of the most challenging problems that stand in the way of safe and reliable navigation. Using radar to create subsurface map signatures from which self-driving cars can navigate.

They are working with leading autonomous vehicle companies, backed by leading investors, and growing quickly, and is building a talented team that wants to transform the future of mobility and work on some of the hardest and most important engineering problems facing the next generation.

We are looking for an experienced Software Integration Engineer to join the team.

WHO YOU ARE + WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Significant and wide-ranging technical skills supporting hardware, software and mechanical testing and development in vehicles
  • Extensive experience with the development of technology products
  • Low ego: you take your work seriously but can laugh at yourself, you've seen it all
  • Enjoy working with small, high output teams in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Self-motivated, knows what needs to be done and does it
  • A "get-it-done" person. You know that done is better than perfect and are energized by constantly delivering and moving things forward.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or similar technical training
  • 3-5 years experience performing verification, validation, and testing on automotive sensing or related technology
  • Strong ability and experience professionally developing test protocols, scripts and algorithms
  • Experience testing complex, multi-threaded, and multi-component products
  • Experience setting up Network architecture and using different network protocols
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases
  • Experience with API testing or integration
  • Debugging and Crash Log Analysis/Review
  • Experience with automated load/stress and performance testing and tools
  • Failure analysis and debugging of degraded or failed hardware and software components
  • Experience in documenting and reporting of test setup, test plans, and test results
  • Experience with scripting languages like PERL, Python, Ruby, JavaScript
  • Excellent knowledge of QA methodology and Software development processes (Agile Scrum, RUP, IEEE, etc.)
  • Extensive experience with various types of testing including unit, system, integration, user acceptance, regression, usability and end-to-end testing
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Must have a clean driving record
