Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced Technical Recruiter who will be devoted to finding the best Engineers for our talented team. You will be responsible for conducting end to end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding our newest team members, as well as leading the Recruitment team in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process (creating eye-catching job ads; utilizing your professional network to source applicants; assisting in the branding of company in the job market; conducting management reference checks; drafting offer letters and contracts...)
- Collaborating with management and HR in various locations.
- Managing Vietnamese recruitment team
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for IT positions (e.g. Software Engineers, QAs, UI/UX, etc.)
- A demonstrated track record of hiring
- Experience building recruitment strategies and processes
- Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both alone and as part of a team
