Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer and distributor in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will be responsible for the end-to-end talent recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, scheduling, on-boarding, and regularization. This role will directly report to the Head of Corporate Human Relations. The job is based in Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Makes use of the most effective recruitment channels including job portals, headhunting college/community job fairs, social media, referrals, and talent pipelining
  • Source, shortlist and review resumes of candidates and match these with the position/job requirements
  • Facilitates discussions with hiring units on shortlisting of candidates up to selection
  • Conduct initial interviews and pre-screening calls
  • Conduct background checks of candidates
  • Co-leads the on-boarding process for supervisory and non-management candidates
  • Tracks sourcing results through a weekly manpower vacancy report
  • Analyzes recruitment and hiring trends in correlation with talent availability and market trends for manpower plans of the business improvement


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably Behavioral Sciences or Engineering graduates
  • With at least 3-5 years recruiting experience
  • Preferably in a Manufacturing set-up and/or within FMCG environment
  • Solid background in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Track record in implementing a sourcing methodology
  • Track record in business partnering for talent profiling and assessment of skills & experience to get the right people for the right jobs
  • Adept in writing management and recruitment reports
  • Adept in managing time and work priorities in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Adept in managing work and self in a multi-cultural work environment
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
