Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment process. The company is based in Imus, Cavite, on site Setup, Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building manager relationships to understand hiring needs.
• Implementing innovative candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Cultivating a talent pipeline via social media, job boards, and agencies.
• Handling the entire hiring process, from screening to offer negotiation.
• Leading recruitment for annual/seasonal hiring, like campus recruitment and fairs.
• Updating and maintaining job descriptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment hiring (Job fairs)
• Amenable to work onsite.
