- Arranging meetings/ diary management
- Minute taking when required
- Collating and summarising feedback from meetings
- Chasing and reviewing reports

- Dealing with requests
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
