A global investment company requires an experienced Team Assistant to assist in their London office for 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior management and team
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Managing calendars
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Organising office events

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within financial services is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Strong relationship skills and comfortable working with people at all levels
  • Must have excellent judgement; independent thinker and resourceful
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Highest degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion required
