Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnered with a tech organisation based in Sweden. Our client is seeking a candidate to take on the Tech Lead position.

Requirements

• The candidate should be a Full-stack developer with more focus on backend development
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a mobile app developer
• Main requirements: TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, mySQL database, Azure (or any other cloud platform)
• Good to know: DevOps, Jira, Graph SQL, CSS, Redux, Html, Wordpress, Figma

Responsibilities

• Building and leading a team of engineers
• The candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the development
• Act as scrum master
• Responsible for recruitment of new engineers
• Training of junior developers
• Main communication channel between the Swedish and Malaysian team working closely with the CTO and other developers
