Technical Account Manager/ Customer Success Engineer /Engagement Manager - United Kingdom/remote

Our client is a leading global content delivery network, cybersecurity, and cloud service company, providing web and Internet security services.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join their prestigious Customer Success EMEA Consulting team.
As an Engagement Manager you will be responsible for:
- Working as a central point of contact for the customer and cross-functional teams to encourage account growth
- Being a technical consultant to achieve the customer's long-term vision for high quality media and web experiences
- Having responsibility for streamlining service delivery, technical program management whilst maximizing the platform value for the customer
- Ensuring delivery and improvements of industry leading technical consultancy and account management to create unparalleled customer loyalty
- Working on expansions, updates, hardware refresh in customers supported regions (mainly in Europe)
To be successful in this role you will:
- 5-7 years of professional work experience
- Have experience working in account management, customer success, or consulting services in a technical environment
- Have experience working with and implementing large networks and technologies such as BGP, TLS, DNS and hardware
- Have significant experience and know-how in carrier level networking technology and associated systems. (UNIX/Linux, TCP/IP, UDP, RADIUS, DHCP, SAML, LDAP, AD).
