Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple developers, offering guidance throughout development.
• Work with others to understand project needs and turn them into tech plans.
• Use your experience to handle software deployment and integration.
• Be an expert in Microsoft tools like C#, .NET Core, and more.
• Develop software using ASP.NET MVC Core, C#, Azure, and more.
• Make sure our software is easy to scale and maintain.
• Review code, help the team improve.
• Work with different teams for smooth software integration.
• Stay updated on new tech and best practices.
• Fix any technical issues during development.
• Follow coding standards and make sure our work is top quality.
• Be part of agile meetings for efficient project work.
• Code apps based on specs and our standards.
• Review code changes and manage our tech tools.
• Work with global teams, even with some night calls.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years as a Technical Lead in .NET with Microsoft tools.
• Strong in ASP.NET, C#, Azure, and more.
• Understand design patterns and architecture.
• Lead a dev team before, solve problems.
• Great at solving tech issues.
• Communicate well and work with different teams.
• Know about agile ways of working.
• Curious and keen to learn
