Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Managing a switchboard
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Setting up videoconferences
- Assisting with administration
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a corporate office role is essential
- Proactive and able to use initiative when required
- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- Flexibility to work different shift patterns
