International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Training Solutions provider.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Total Rewards Manager to lead and oversee our organization's compensation, benefits, and well-being programs. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and well-being for the teams.
  • Handle associate enrolment, updates, and new-hire benefits orientation.
  • Advise on annual merit, short and long-term incentives, and administration.
  • Ensure internal and external pay equity.
  • Collaborate on special compensation programs.
  • Assist with compensation trend analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses.
  • Research compensation and benefits plans and policies.
  • Coordinate company wellness initiatives.
  • Facilitate goal setting and quarterly check-ins.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in total rewards.
  • Proven experience in total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and well-being programs.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to successfully work in cross-functional team.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
