We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Total Rewards Manager to lead and oversee our organization's compensation, benefits, and well-being programs. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation, benefits, and well-being for the teams.
- Handle associate enrolment, updates, and new-hire benefits orientation.
- Advise on annual merit, short and long-term incentives, and administration.
- Ensure internal and external pay equity.
- Collaborate on special compensation programs.
- Assist with compensation trend analysis and reporting.
- Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses.
- Research compensation and benefits plans and policies.
- Coordinate company wellness initiatives.
- Facilitate goal setting and quarterly check-ins.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in total rewards.
- Proven experience in total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and well-being programs.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to successfully work in cross-functional team.
- Fluent in English is a must.
