Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a Training Manager who enhances the sales force efficiency and productivity by providing learning and development training programs align with the goals and objectives of the organization and will eventually support and realize career growth opportunities in the future. The candidate will review and identify training needs of employees and provide appropriate training interventions to address identified gaps. The position will report to the Learning and Development Manager.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Provide Functional & Development Coaching to Sales Force (MRs/AMs)
  • Provide Training & Development Programs to Sales Force
  • Organization and Facilitation of Sales Force Meetings
  • Development of Training Materials
  • Interdepartmental Activities
  • Other duties as required or directed by the Learning and Development Manager
  • Gathers and reports any information received related to the safety of the company's medicinal products to Regulatory Affairs on the same day (or the next working day)
Key job requirements include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related course
  • At least 2 years' of training and development-related experience and training partnering role in a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Proven experience managing hypertension and/or cardio-metabolic and/or venous insufficiency products
  • Proven experience in creating and conducting training materials
  • Great presentation skills, innovative, can handle pressure well
  • High level of maturity and integrity
  • Open to travel and work on field
