Treasury Supervisor
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a food trade corporation that specializes in direct importation of Asian (dry/frozen) food items that are being supplied to different restaurant chains, hotels and food institutions in Metro Manila, Luzon and Visayas Region. Our respective client is looking for a Treasury Supervisor who will mitigate the effects of payables by processing and managing the disbursement of all cash and cash equivalents effectively and efficiently.
This position requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to the Finance Manager and is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
  • Ensure that enough funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Maintain banking relationships.
  • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
  • Properly manage the disbursement and collections assistants to meet their objectives
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any related course
  • At least 5 years related work experience
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Should have an outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets.
  • Competency level in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Accounting Software especially Quick Books
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and engage staff membership and inspire credibility, confidence, and build consensus.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines. Ability to plan, organize and lead the implementation of the division's policies and procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
