Our respected client is seeking a seasoned (US) IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and on boarding a variety of 1099 field engineers with the necessary technical skills and experience to meet our customer's needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the technical recruitment space and a strong understanding of the technical requirements for the role.
This job is located in Mandaluyong City and follows an on-site work setup with a permanent night shift schedule.
Key job responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent for 1099 field engineer positions.
Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for the role.
Negotiate rates and terms with 1099 contractors.
Manage the recruitment process using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to 1099 contractors.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Stay up to date on industry and market trends, including compensation packages.
Ability to hit key KPIs and SLAs
Manage a high volume of recruitment activities while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
