Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading leasing company in Thailand. They provide services such as lease/hire purchase, operating leases, leasebacks/ hire purchase backs, factoring and sales finance to Japanese and Thai customers.
This position will be responsible for trade finance products development and improvement, inquiries of trade finance from Corporate Relationship Management, Risk Management Department, and other key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Trade Finance Products development/improvement (Traditional trade finance product & structured trade finance product).
- Ensure that the product rollout is delivered within the time frame and that its feature is aligned with the Bank's policy, Group Policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for inquiries of trade finance from Corporate Relationship Management, Risk Management Department, and other key stakeholders (internal/external).
- Work in Partnership with Corporate Relationship Management to identify trade finance business opportunities.
- Expand the client's base, increase the revenue in terms of fee and interest income to achieve the Bank's target.
- Develop marketing campaigns/promotions to boost the sales volumes of different trade products.
- Structure the trade finance solution on a case-by-case basis to meet the client's need in trade finance.
- Coach Corporate Relationship Manager in the area of trade finance products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in trade finance product development/trade finance sale in the Banking industry.
- Experience in corporate credit management is preferred.
- Self-initiated, analytical minded with strong business acumen, proficient in presentation.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
