Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer.

Our respective client is looking for a Warehouse Manager who will ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. This role will be reporting to the Plant Head and VP for Manufacturing, with onsite work set-up and is located in Calamba, Laguna.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the inventory of all raw materials, pulling and packing raw material orders
  • Maintaining the overall organization of the raw material warehouse
  • Manage the company's supply inventory, compile and analyze procurement requests, develop purchase plans, handle purchase procedures, and maintain records of all transactions, producing reports regularly
  • Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
  • Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
  • Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
  • Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the food manufacturing industry and managing people
  • Extensive experience in handling raw materials/finished goods in the food industry
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and with a strong personality
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
