Workday Reporting Analyst - 6-8 Month Contract - London
Workday Reporting Analyst required for a large global media organisation and be required to support both operational and compliance on an International level, as well as providing reporting support to the People & Culture analytic program initiatives.
Role:
- Develop reports in Workday to analyse data, perform trend analysis and identify data discrepancies
- Model data sets in creative ways to answer business questions
- Support People & Culture with adopting their global HRIS system (Workday) for self-service
- Support on custom Workday HCM, Absence and Time Tracking report requests beyond self-service
- Assist in data exploration, cleaning, and wrangling to understand available data and produce actionable insights
- Work with internal teams to automate or streamline data entry/collection processes to ensure the highest data integrity
Experience:
- 1-2 years of Workday reporting experience (HCM minimum) - can develop, implement, and
- maintain reports
- Professional understanding of HR metrics, best practices, and data privacy laws e.g. GDPR
- Experience applying knowledge of assigned security roles to inform report delivery
- Experience with regulatory compliance reporting and understanding of local requirements
- Experience working with stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy
- Experience streamlining and automating report processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
