Nikolai Balzer
Nikolai Balzer grew up in the UK as a German/Austrian. He currently still resides in the United Kingdom and is married with two daughters aged 8 and 13 years.
Nikolai currently manages a team at LMA Recruitment. He decided to join the DEI committee at Empresaria because he feels it is important to gain a better understanding and get involved in the DE&I space. Additionally, he feels that there is change needed and would like to be part of this journey.
