Serena Mezza
I am Serena Mezza, I am 24 years old and I am Italian. I recently joined ConSol Partners UK as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, after finishing my Master Degree in HR and Employment Relations. In the past few years, I lived, worked, and studied between Rome, Milan, Madrid, and London. This provided me with a wide understanding of how crucial it is to invest in diversified human capital to meet the requirements of this globalized world. I decided to join the D&I Committee because I want to make sure my company is committed to create an inclusive work environment where everyone feels respected and represented.
