With 40 years of leadership experience in the international specialist staffing and recruitment industry, Joost has a proven track record of driving growth, leading diverse teams, and delivering strong results across dynamic markets. His earlier career includes senior roles at Staff Planning Nederlands B.V., Select Appointments Nederland B.V., and Vedior Groep Nederlands Specialisten B.V.
