On his retirement, Tony Martin said: "It has been an honour to serve Empresaria for the past 18 years in the role of Chair. Empresaria is in an excellent position with a strong leadership team, and it therefore feels the right time to transition to full retirement and concentrate on my Charitable Foundation. I am confident that Empresaria has a bright future ahead. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Staffing Industry Analysts for their Hall of Fame and leadership awards."
